Be advised that Erie Copy Products Inc. Has a habit of writing hot checks on a number of occasions, all of which were returned insufficient funds. Rather than remitting payment on these NSF checks, Erie Copy Products Inc. Feels it is their right to pay invoices at their discretion and convenience, if at all. Employees of Erie Copy Products Inc., including, but not limited to Mary Beth Nagorski and Nelson and Dolores Tonet, have been very non communicative regarding this matter. Numerous calls and emails have been placed to Erie Copy Products Inc., the majority of which have gone unreturned.in the instances in which these messages were returned, Erie Copy Products Inc. Have refused to accept responsibility for their actions, despite hard proof that would substantiate these claims.
Furthermore, Erie Copy Products Inc. Continues to try and slip orders/shipments through when they knowingly have outstanding financial obligations. Be advised if you currently or potentially do business with Erie Copy Products Inc. That all transactions done should be on a COD basis only. At this time, it would appear that Erie Copy Products Inc., nor their employees have any intentions to remit payment on these returned checks.
