I was told on the phone by a Platinum Trust employee that this was a credit card. I specifically said I was looking to pay off some bills for my wedding. The lady I spoke with said sure you can use this to pay bills. I paid the $89 dollars for them to send me a card.
I received the card this week to find out I can only use it to shop on Platinum Trusts website. They misrepresent what you are really getting on the phone. Today I called to cancel the card and tell them they misrepresented and the lady gave me an attitude. The lady said I will not get my $89 dollars back if I cancel. I asked to speak to her manager and she said that she was a manager. I told her to research my recording with employee and they will see what was said. WHAT A SCAM!!! I want my money back.
