O'Donnell paints houses for less than the good painters in the area and promises a "lifetime warranty" and says his "word is his bond." That means nothing and you should NOT believe a word the guy says. He painted our house, got paid, and almost immediately paint started peeling off our house. He looked at it, promised to re-do it for free, but said he would need to wait until the following spring. The next spring, he promised again to re-do it, and disappeared. This went on for a long time, then he said it "wasn't his fault" that his paint was peeling off in sheets and refused to fix it. The guy is a cut-rate painter, and you get what you pay for in terms of quality and honesty. My advice: Pay a little more for a professional who acts like a professional and get a paint job that will last more than six months.
