Joe sepulveda has been removed as the edgemont apartments co op president, but it is not enough. He should be thrown off co op board entirely and be pressured to sell his shares and move from the property. He ran the co op to the ground with bad management. Prices in this complex are very low because of his tenure. He should be investigated and if fraud is proven he should be forced to repay the board. He has no business experience. Shame on him. He was removed, but its not enough. To save this building he must be removed from the board and investigated for fraud. He should then move back to the bronx.
