When my wife needed to renew her passport, she went on-line, and unfortunately, was hood-winked by these people. They are an absolute fraud. There is NO need to pay these people to do what you can easily do on your own. The problem is: when you do an on-line search - they are the first ones on the list. So please, please, make sure it says: passports. GOV.
Please do not make this mistake. We filed a claim to have our credit card to reject the payment, but we did not file it with these FRAUDULENT people in a timely manner. Bottom line: we lost $150 dollars for absolutely NO services.
They are preying on people who aren't paying attention. Please do NOT make this mistake!!!
