Got this when I asked for a refund TWICE:

Thank you for contacting Singlesnet.
We have checked and see that you have paid on 07-31 for 12 months for $7.49 per month. Thus your member expires on 07-31. You will not be billed further, once your membership expires you will be continued as a non paid member with us.
In order to discuss any payment related issue please call (617) 861-0781 Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time to discuss this problem your having.
If you wish to close / remove your account, please go to "My profile" and under that "My account" click on "Resign from Singlesnet" link under Account actions.
Please feel free to contact us for any queries related to Singlesnet, we'll be more than happy to assist you. Thank you for your mail.
