Hello, I also have some problems with mci worldcom like so many others on this web site!!! They didnt send me a bill for the first 3 or 4 months. Then right when my service agreement (12 months) was up they socked me with approxiately $400 bill. And the funny thing was they expected me to pay it immediately?!? And my voice mail never worked, i had been calling customer service and still no voice mail none of their reps aould help me with it!!! Then they agreed to let me pay $100 a month to keep my account out of jeopardy. And it's not even my fault, it's the fault of thier billing dept. So i figure ok $100 and i'll pay it off in a few months, then they send me a threatening letter to cut off my service??? What the hell is with these people??? It's clear this is a scam to pressure people into extending the service with worldcom by running up a horendous bill...
