Saw a report about how great wavee was and a promotional code to use to try out the site. Felt afterwards that this was a very good come on tactic.
After you type in the code and sign up info there is no confirmation page saying what you are being charged. You are just sent an email stating $179.00 has been charged to your credit card.
After contacting their customer sales via email was told to click onto their screenshot page and it states clearly that you are agreeing to purchase 179 dollars of credits plus the promotional come on credits. They try to tell you that it is non - refundable and to go back on their site and bid on something.
After emailing them back that I had gotten their refund form url and would be contacting my bank to not credit their transaction, I received no answering email about refunding my credit card the $179.00.
I would advise anyone not to get involved in this site. I've never used my credit card without receiving a confirmation page. Nor have I had any company or site refuse to refund my account.
