How can they still be in Business??? This Radio Control outlet is devoted to Internet sales and "service". I bought a "Chopper" waverunner at a good price and ordered an extra battery (18.00$) and when my shipment arrived, there was only 1 battery. I emailed them the 2nd day after delivery, and requested they send the xtra battery ASAP. No response, I emailed them a 2nd time, same request, no response. I tried to phone, and the line was constantly busy, so I googled them and got a service number. A recorded message said they had high volume, and to either wait approx. 25 minutes, or try the online chat (a total joke, as the post is manned maybe once a day) SOOooo I waited 28 minutes and got a " like, how can I help" guy, that obviously had little to NO people skills, and he said to hold while he checked me emails. It took him 20 minutes to read 25 words in BOTH emails, and he then told me to "Take Pictures of what I DID receive". I ask you how DUMB is that, and why should I be required to do that. Aren't THEY supposed to assume the customer is NOT a liar? And a picture of what I got has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with what I DIDN'T get. These guys operate on the cheesiest level and are as unscrupulous as they come. They act like you are an imposition, and that once they have your money... Screw you. Well I for one am not taking any freakin pix, they know they ripped me off and my time is worth way more than 18$, so I'll just buy locally, as I seek help from the FEDS for Internet fraud, and talk to my State Attorney General about Barring them from doing business in Oregon. Don't be fooled by the wonderful toys, these guys have NO Backbone!!!
