Marcus Bennett from RESORT TOURS INTERNATIONAL, LLC, called me on June 21st. He said he had a buyer. I had to pay a retainer fee of $1000 that would be refunded at closing. He said Horizon Title would be processing the closing.
I later received a call from Greg saying that Marcus had been terminated for stealing data and calling people like myself that the company had buyers. Greg said there are no buyers but inquiries.
They insist on selling my timeshare but they do not have a real estate license.
I filed a complained with the Florida Attorney General.
This company is like the rest a SCAM!
