In my opinion, anyone would be a fool to hire or refer someone to dishonest, unethical, Deming NM fraudster and soon to be disbarred lawyer Charles Kretek. But, please, don't take this victim of Kreteks' word for it, you can look at the official court website of New Mexico, http://www.nm. Courts. Gov/, type in "Kretek Charles" and see for yourself: Here's the quick rundown, the tip of the iceberg, Kretek's KNOWN and published NM court activities: cited for speeding, unsafe-reckless driving, ARRESTED and JAILED for AGGRAVATED drunk driving as he refused to take the MANDATORY alcohol test, 90 days PROBATION, he could have killed another driver or family - but he does'n't really care about other people, so the MVD filed a court action and his drivers licence was revoked for many months, (nothing like having an attorney working for you who can't drive a car), so he relocated to an office by the Courthouse he could walk to, then Kretek said screw you to "till death due us part" and abandoned his wife and marriage and divorced his wife, then his stopped paying his home mortgage, at least TWICE. His house is in now in foreclosure. Yes Kretek stiffed his home lender and American taxpayers, you and me, who guaranteed his loan and will ultimately pay for his irresponsibiliy and dishonesty through additional taxes and more national debt. Then in Aug his home lender filed suit against him for a SECOND time in court, oh yeah, and Kretek's currently a defendant along with a good-ole-boy Judge and lawyer in yet ANOTHER personal lawsuit for screwing over yet another party. Nothing like becoming chummy and close and business partners with the local Judges so they have to recuse themselves ONLY when you are charged with a crime like drunk driving, but not when you represent a local pedophile client against an innocent out of town family.
When Kretek isn't busy feeding his alcoholism, getting drunk, driving drunk, swerving into other people and other lanes of traffic, getting arrested and jailed, and screwing innocent people out of their money or property, Kretek enjoys lots of other "fun" activities too. Currently he's representing an elderly woman with alzheimer's mentally-ill sister, Deming pedophile Pamela Palmer, who the elderly woman, her ex-husband and her only child/son, have called and know to be: "evil", "psycho", and a "sociopath" "criminal" "liar" and an "elder abuser-exploiter". Drive by her debris-strewn, missing windows crackhouse-like dwelling at 507 9th St and look for yourself: see if you can picture someone' elderly wealthy mom with Alzheimer's being forcefully, against her will, stuffed into a small bedroom full of boxes with little food, no air conditioning, desk, chair, closet, clothes, tv, radio, visitors, family, outside contact, allowed. Even when my mom escapes to the womens shelter HealingHouse and NM assigns a social worker to investigate, nothing was done, mom was kept at/in Palmer's abusive care. I'm sad and embarrased to say that as a teen I personally witnessed, during a summer vacation trip to FL to visit my grandma Dorothy, my aunt Pamela Palmer abusing (battering) my grandma Dorothy/her mother, and then later having forced sexual relations with a female minor in a Don CeSar FL hotel room (that I unfortunately and accidently walked into). This is on top of an uninvited drop-in argument and battering Palmer gave my mom several years ago in my own home before I ordered Palmer to leave and never return. And a July Deming NM incident where Palmer stalked my mom and I during lunch/a day we spent together in which I called 911 and the police asked her to stop and return the keys to my moms car she had drivent to stalk us, but the Deming Police did not even bother to write a police report. So these actions make Palmer an elder batterer, abuser, exploiter AND a pedophile. And presently, like the sick Viramontes-Jefferey Biddle case, (Google it) Judge Viramontes has never met a pedophile or elder-abuser he didnt just love to toss back into society to abuse and hurt others again and again. Yes, Judge Viramontes has given full legal permission to Kretek and Palmer to live with, spend the night with, do errands with, manage the money of and be alone with my mom, while keeping me with no criminal record, legally away, inspite of my Mom telling NM State Police, hospital staffers, her Dr, liar and douchebag manager Patrick Remmick at Willow Manor-Arroyo Vista Assisted Living, yes, EVERYONE, she's had contact with, that she does not want to be around/with/released to her sister Palmer and wants to be with me her son. Yes, you read correctly, this is pedophile loving Deming Judge Daniel Viramontes SECOND known official encounter with a litigant in his courtroom who he has had full control over, who he willingly, knowingly and intentionally released back to harm a victim. UNBELIEVABLE! This cannot stand! But don't take my word for it: Look for yourself: a quick google search of soon to be recalled Deming NM Judge Daniel Viramontes will show a case and video where this sad-excuse for a Judge released convicted pedophile Jeffrey Biddle back to a home with a four-year old child that the pedophile raped. But to Kretek, Palmer and Judge Viramontes little details like a litigant being mentally-ill, an elder-abuser, elder exploiter or a pedophile, don't matter as long as you help a close Deming friend (lawyer or Judge) secure a client with a very large retainer check and then help them win their case, even if the merits dont warrant it. Yes, Charles Kretek is representing my aunt Palmer in her so-far successful effort to abuse, exploit and steal control of my elderely mom with Alzheimer's away from me, her only child, which has nearly destroyed me and my mom in the process, in spite of the fact that I have the most recent and only valid POA, and I am clearly the legal, expressed/documented choice from my mom's own lips, for her care. Apparently, for as little as a $12k _ initial retainer, Chuck Kretek has and will use every evil trick, lie, misprepresentatiion and deception in his dark little bag, plus use his well-cultivated and strategic friendship with failed prosecutor and mentee, incompetent and corrupt "Judge"- Viramontes, ruling on this case. And what better way to completely subvert the guardianship/conservatorship process that I started months ago, and that should have prevailed here with mom and son and a loss for the mentally-ill sister, than to advise Palmer to file a bogus TRO against the son and then make him and his elderly witnesses on fixed incomes spend thousands of their own dollars they need to live on, to travel into NM from out of state to respond to numerous hearings for this bogus TRO matter that should have been dismissed in 15 minutes, to drain them emotionally and financially before the guardinaship case ever begins, the outcome of which had already been decided by Judge Viramontes before the hearing started. Shame, shame, shame on this sickening evil group of lawyers: Kretek, Viramontes and phony Guardian Ad Litem David Gorman, all old and close friends, drinking and court buddies, for ever discovering that in a area with 30% poverty and lots of poor clients that can't ever make a lawyer rich, that my out-of-town mom with liquid assets was available to exploit under the guise of an official court proceeding, and that with a little effort and some legal smoke-and-mirror activities, they could refer the case to one another, push out the son, assign full control of mom's money to Guardian Gorman who has recently specifically petitioned Judge Viramontes for "complete immunity" for his role and how he spends (steals) mom's money. They're hoping and betting that my mom will wilt and then die under these horrific depravations, stresses and isolation that they've created for her and forced her to endure, so they will get her assets before the media, the recall campaign, the next judicial election, the NM Court of Appeals or Supreme Court intervene. So very EVIL! Shame on you Judge Viramontes and Charles Kretek and company! Trying to "hometown" an elderely woman with Alzheimer's and her out of state family. Exploiting an elderly woman and her assets so you can bail yourself and your client out of your mutual financial failures. Oh, but wait, don't take my word AGAIN for the facts here: Ten different people have made sworn witnessed notarized statements, police reports or provided court testimony on behalf of me and my mom, stating that my mom told them that she wants to be and should be released to me her son. Further, not one, NOT ONE legitimate person has made a similar statement on the record or court appearance for release to Palmer!!! These ten people include a state police officer, a priest, a hospital lawyer, several nurses, a psychiatrist, a Guardian Ad Litem, several lifelong friends of my mom, a business owner, etc etc. Yet Palmer and her evil say and do anything "lawyer" Charles Kretek and the crooked and incompetent long-time friend and mentee of Kretek, Judge Viramontes, have TOGETHER, pushed through Kretek's plan in the dark of night continually violating discression, due process and the law which requires proper notification
Sadly, this isnt an isolated incident, abberation, or the end of Judge Viramontes path of destruction. Not by a longshot: Viramontes has failed lots of other litigants before. He failed to advance the grand jury petition of Deming resident Gordon Mast which would have opened a formal investigation into the activities of Viramontes corrupt Deming friends, for over a year in clear violation of discression and due process untill his delay forced Mast to petition the NM Supreme Court where it recently reprimanded and embarrased Judge Viramontes by telling him to get his sh* together and move the case forward. Consider yourself warned about this crook and the failed, disgusting and unethical 6th District NM Court. Finally, you may be wondering what is wrong with this son, he must have some criminal record or something that he has failed to mention. WRONG! Please know that I'm a college educated professional with a home that I own free and clear and a nice place to care for my mom that has already formally inspected by an official court visitor the report of which Judge Viramontres has seen, and I have neither a felony nor misdemeanor conviction/record of any kind and no charge or conviction of elder abuse or abuse against my mom.) Now the hard part of this post: You must abandoned your taught and conditioned beliefs about our justice system, the same beliefs that I held dearly until this tragic and beyond evil case happened to me and my mom, that going to Court is always the place where good and truth surface and wrongs are made right and little guy gets his day, and good wins over evil! Most Americans have a VERY hard time believing that our beloved system of government and justice is fatally flawed and unjust. We really just want to ignore these thoughts and pretend it isn't so. Frankly it is this inclination, this pattern of thinking and denial that allows an opening just big enough for the true evil doers, like Viramontes, Kretek, Gorman using Ms Palmer as fodder, insiders who have long known that no such fair and just sytem exists, to quietly practice their hidden fraud and theft and violations of discression and due process.
