Reseller Ratings sells "trust" yet does personally involve themselves in situations, edits, adds, and fails to follow their own policies. I had a stalker (competitor) create a fake Reseller Review (she bought nothing) who then slapped a link that led a reader to her fraudulent complaint site in a site she owns. Linking to ReSellerRatings who links to me also gave her back link strength and pushed her bogus page up the engines. It also led my customers to her like site. She is my competitor.
She bought zero from me and RR could never prove she did. After signing up with Reseller Ratings to have a "review" of her offensive material - I called ResellerRatings too early in the morning and was admonished for being upset by a "Lara". I had signed up and paid money to have a "review" which they promise within 4 business days. They took the link sending readers from their site to her site down right away-but yelled at me for pushing them, then allowed it back up there a few days later ONLY to show me who was boss. My stalker was told by them to take my personal name out and they could repost it legally. So, my stalker did so. They knew what she was doing as she had no proof of an purchase! This cost me over $100,000 in business of which I am sure she got part.
Obviously allowing a link to send readers outside their domain is a violation of their own policies -but she posted that again also. Then ResellerRatings made me file another "formal" review with them and went way past the 4 day into weeks. They only wanted me to agree to be under their stupid jurisdiction as to "arbitrate" in their city. That is the only reason they scare people into joining. They plan to really remove nothing. It is an unfair deceptive trade practice in and of itself.
It came down to this: My stalker could post on Friday night and link to her site and my complaint with ResellerRatings would not even be looked at until Monday and maybe removed Thursday. So, the untrue stuff is up ALL week and then she can just re-post on Friday night.
The more upset I got the more Reseller Ratings owned by AllEnthusiasts REMOVED good feedback from GOOD customers!!! They did that! I still have copies of it all! They e-mailed customers from two years ago asking for proof of purchase! They never e-mailed my bad reviews! My customers told me that was weird and they had no obligation to do so after a year or two. I agreed. So all good comments went off and this was a personal attack by ReSellerRatings. My rating is now a total zero as a business and this is because of ReSellersRatings personal involvement.
I gave up. I did a search on Lara is Scott Wainner because I actually could not believe Scott Wainner would allow anyone to do this unless Lara is Scott Wainner. Scott does present as a professional person-but he is not.in searching I was floored he got Bing or the Attorney General in NY York to back his "False report busting" site and I cannot see how the chicken can guard the coop.
It may even be OK if he did not allow him or his staff to abuse their power and affect others on a personal level. They should never be in any position of power is what I am saying. And Lara talks so technical it does look like Scott's writing.
Usacomplaints.com actually does not get into personal coaching or have their staff adjust something for "waking them up" or "calling them too early." At least usacomplaints.com is honest and upfront about what they do sell! Trust I am on here too! By the same stalker, but no one at usacomplaints.com is tweeking things to harm me. How ResellerRatings keeps usacomplaints. Coms from showing under their name in a Google search I hope to figure out. They have a ton of them! But they do not show on a straight search as does anyone else with a usacomplaints.com.
Just Google ReSeller Ratings complaint and check out the Google link 3 down. ReSellerRatings has masterfully dominated the phrase and come up in the first two - as to appear to disfuse and confuse searches for this issue as something else. I kept all the proof they were rude to me, took stuff down, contacted only people who want to harm me and futhered the whole evil thing. I also called Dallas where Scott listed an address and it is a law firm that swears they never knew a Scott Wainner.
Anyway it is my opinion Lara is Scott Wainner, Scott should have never allowed his company to personally harm me and they sure did. He sure does not like it when anyone does it to him! Scott Wainner is VERY Pro-active about protecting his name. He is in the business of reputations and must stay objective. He has not. He has no business having any major contracts because they cannot keep their own emotions in check. ResellerRatings desrves no power for what they allow to go on there. And I bet his office is in the master bathroom!
