Ripoff they have been taking too much money from my bank $96.20 in 2 days 11/17,18 2003 still want another $10.39. They now have my cell phone service off

I believe $94.20 in two days is not fair. Then turn my phone off for $10.39.in taking all this money out of my account I have been charge overdraft fees. It is unfair to pay all this money and for them to shut my service off for $10.39. They took $20.00 twice on 11/17/03 and on 11/18/03 they took out $36.20 and another $20.00
