This is a binder company. They are not, repeat, are not a modification company. It is illegal to take " up front money" to do modifications. So if they promised you a modification while taking your money "up front' then call the states attnory's office in baltimore.
They are also operating under the name of american home releif foundation in white marsh maryland and arbutus maryland. Different name but the same company.
Also check out the better business bueru anf you will find they have over 30 complaints.
All they do is take your paperwork and but it in some order and send it back to you and you do your own modification with your lender, if your lender will do it. This is something you don't have to pay for. This you can do on your own at no cost with your lender. Once you give them money you will not get it back.
Be very careful when dealing with this company.
