This company repreented themselves as a partner in obtaining a laon modification. They took all the information, made sure that they received the fee and them createated a report that, whoknows where it went. The lender has no knowledge of it being received, RRF never completed a conference call with the lender and me (even after several requests). They took my $2,000 with no assistance. They are a ripoff and i should receive my money back and they should be out of business
