Attorney Paul Moses, The Moses Law Frim Orlando Poor performance of handling my child custody/support case, Attorney wasimproperly prepared when attended judges meeting in chambers

First off for years now we have all heard on the radio how Attorney Paul Moses will fight the good fight for you in court as he really believes father's have rights too and that the other law firms in town do not share his true emotion and willingness to fight for you to obtain your rights as a father. Yea Right...

I was in your office 6 times during my case, Not once have I ever met you face to face, in fact four of the times I was in your office you walked right pass me with out so much as an introduction let alone a simple hello, oh wait once you told me the receptionist would be right with me. I was always pushed off on the second attorney, and that was quite frustrating as in the 18 months you had my case you went through 4 different support attorney's and several office staff members, so my case was always getting a fresh start with an uniformed individual.

The other victim on this site states he paid you $33,000 WOW thank God I was smart enough to stop giving you cash at $8,000 as once I sat in the judges chambers with your support attorney who did not know her hand from her face and looked completely foolish to the judge and opposing counsel, my confidence in your firm was shaken, then to realize that your firm had opposing counsel's response to our situation a week before the court hearing just blew my mind as a simple check of map quest and some mild math calculation could have blown their argument out of the water and the judge most likely would have sided with me as their argument was about travel time and map quest would have proved the travel time was quicker on my side. This is basic info that should have been caught by any first year intern as I saw it right away. A day after this messed up judges meeting I come to find out this attorney was to leave your firm and knew she was leaving while she went to court with me. (at this point she is the second attorney to quit)

Upon doing my research on your firm after the fact (My fault I should have done my research before hiring you but I believed in your radio adds, Shame on me for that.) What I found out about Attorney Paul Moses would have definitely been the nail in his coffin when it came to hiring him to represent me. It seems that this man who champions father's rights has been admonished by the Florida Bar for failure to pay Child support, at one point he is $9,000 in arrears and blames it on his employer and losing his job. This information is easily found if you go to the Florida Bar Association website and type in his name then follow the links to disciplinary action and you can read for yourself the entire story behind his admonishment.

This paragraph is my personal opinion on paying child support and how important it is for father's to make sure it happens every month. For 15 years now I have paid my child support religiously even when I was unemployed, (at one point I had no job for 9 months) In my history of helping to take care of my child I have never been behind in my support payment. My payment at the time was $524, Paul's payment was only $668 and he could not make it? To be $9000 in arrears he had to not make payments for over one year. Could he not make some sort of payment during this time even if it was only $100 a month? Seriously its not that hard to attempt to make some sort of payment Paul as this your child. Your ex wife is an attorney as well I am sure she would have worked with you in some form, or is there more to that story?

I have heard Paul talk of slaying dragons and taking on the big fight for father's yet my experience with him was anything but a dragon fight. So people beware before you give this firm your hard earned money. Child custody/support cases will drain your emotions quickly and you need an attorney who will fight for you and not just give you a line of BS to get your money, What I have typed here is just a small portion of what I have experienced with this law firm and their lack of enthusiasm with my case. That is my experience will the Moses Law firm and that is my personal opinion about how they handled my case.

Pete
