UPS Corporate Headquarters
They are trying to get me to pay insurance of parcel which is worth 50,000 dollars

I received today a letter from "Carolyn Ralph", "Inspector in Charge" to have me send them insurance coverage for a package worth $50,000.-. They say they are UPS Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta Georgia but that I am to pay to their SPAIN office. They included that I must call this name and phone number: (in Europe - Spain)
