Rip Off! Charged too much for printer printheads, then will not honour a return in spite of 30 day return policy from SHIP

Will not honour a return for BAD printheads; 30 day return policy is from THEIR ship date; not date you receive order! They charge THREE TIMES what normal costs are, also! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR HP PARTS!
