GARBAGE PRINTER PARTS: The ebay auction was advertised as New Out of Box Item. They said they get great deals in new printer supplies that have damaged packaging. Well the part I receive said "NOT FOR RESALE" on the side. I don't know about you, but that doesn't seem like something HP would put on a new item. All together I receive 3 printheads and 2 of them were defective.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I filed a paypal dispute with the company. I told them I just wanted a working part. They refused to do an exchange! They required me to return the parts and forced me to take a refund. Of course the USPS package I returned is currently lost, or either Image Warehouse has received it and it was not scanned properly. Still no refund as of yet.
All and all by far the worst ebay seller I have encountered.
