Ecom Marketing LLC My online order was paid yet getting the product and/or communication from the company took a month and was like pulling teeth!

I placed an order with this company, my credit card was charged January 28. The company site indicates that they ship orders within 48 hours of payment and if there is a delay they will communicate it with the customer.

I waited 2 weeks without hearing anything, sent an email requesting status... No response was given. On February 13th I then sent a "2nd request" tagged as high priority and told them that if I did not receive the status of my order and/or delivery of my order by February 19th, that I would report them to my credit card company for reimbursment.

As a result of that "2nd request", on February 17th I was notified that my order was "on it's way". Unfortunately all that meant was that the post office was electronically notified of the shipment. The staus did not change! On February 25th I then sent another email (they offer no phone number). I of course by this point am highly irritated that they cannot treat their customers better, I informed them that I will be contacting the credit card company then any and all companies that govern their business. Only after this did my package amazingly arrive at the USPS sorting facility that evening, I had my product in a matter of days.

This merchant never made one attempt to communicate any issues that may cause my order to be delayed. The only action they made was when I rocked their boat. I feel that they are attempting to take advantage of customers who would just think that their order was lost in delivery. As their site mentions that you only get tracking information if you pay for the priority service and if you don't, they're not responsible for items lost in shipment. I didn't pay for priority service yet they sent it with delivery comfirmation service and a tracking number because I made waves about my order status... Yet never did I get actual communication from their company.
