I've been a person of National House Guard (AHS) since April. Our first support phone was August for my upstairs air-condition device. American Home Guard is just a phony, laying, fraudulent organization. They lay to customers and consider their cash. Their mantra "If we can not correct it, we shall change it" but the things they do not let you know is "But we-don't protect updates & adjustments" they anticipate customers to see the fine-print or surprise them once they require the support. American Home Guard has delivered a specialist out 10 occasions since my first support phone with 3 various businesses (E&T Heat & Atmosphere, Oxford Heat & Atmosphere, and Eagle Heat and Atmosphere)@ $60 each support demand exactly the same device, same issue) (I'd to remove work with every one of these support calls). I also spend $42 month since April. All the support contact the technicians kept saying all it need is Freon. They include Freon and keep. Per month later AC out again. Lastly they deliver Eagle Heat & Atmosphere of Forest Park Atlanta out (whose customer support is terrible) after I talked with Matthew Boyd (Executive Secretary to boss of AHS). He calls me on Friday, August 19th (after I named him five times) to inform me that Eagle is likely to be out Wednesday to displace my Evaporator coils and somebody will-call me using the period. Conclusion of phone... Eagle reaches my home on nowadays July 24th and state I've to pay for $1070 for upgrades & adjustments. Not just one period after talking with Matthew Boyd five times has he explained I'd to pay for this. Our issue isn't using the CONCEALED little printing that customers don't read. Our problem is you've been visiting my home since August for that same issue, accumulating support costs and payment quantity, deliver many organization to correct the exact same device for that same task. And also the device continues to be performing the same. And so I feel they've simply pacified the issue and REQUIRED my income. They declare they quit a note on my house telephone... Lay... I actually donot have an answering device on my house phone, plus they haven't named me about the house phone usually my cell phone. I also in regards to a year-ago had some plumbing problems... Obviously they do not protect that possibly! They've lied to me and got my cash and did nothing for me personally! I'd like a reimbursement of my service-fee and regular costs for just two years. I'd like AHS to displace/restore my air conditioner FREE OF CHARGE in my experience, or return all my cash spent! I'd like everybody I understand, every customer to know don't to complete business with this specific companyor you'll be sorry!!! You're better-off obtaining the repairs done yourself.
