My car was towed and while im frntically trying to locate my car, i was told that it could possibly be at this particular lot. So of course i called and unfortunately the person who answered refused to give her name. I can see why especially when your job is dealing with the public and 9 out of 10 will be upset about getting their property towed. But to add insult to injury, this rude and very spineless person constantly put me on hold numerous times for extremely long periods of time and did so purposely. Her lack of ethics and morals should be noted. With the economy being in this slump and so many people who are out of work, i'm sure she is easy-replacable. She should be anyway...
