Authroized to be reemburrsed for my car being towed then being denied the next day after the tow

My car was having a problem with my after market alarm it would stop the anit theft device from working on my car thus making my car not start. So i had my car towed for that problem i had the alarm removed. A couple of months latere my problem started again so i had it towed again and it worked when it got to the shop so i got my car back andout a week after that it stopped again. I then had it towed again and once again by the time they looked at my car it started to work again. I had my car twoed again on a mon or tues and got it back on Friday.

Saturday morning it stopped working again so i called to have it towed and the lady told me that i was not authorized to have my car towed for the same problem twice within the same week. Ok so i had a friend tow my car about 2-3 weeks later it stopped again this time i was 45 mins away from my hometown and had no way to get towed from a friend. I called them and their person who takes the calls was sick so i was then transfered to someones house and she told me to have my car towed and then they would reinburse me my money. I had it towed it costed $250 i put it on my creidt card.

I recieved a call at 8am stating that they were not going to pay for my tow because i was told that i was not allowed to get towed twice for the same problem that i needed to get it fixed. I told them its not waht the lady said she told me i was not able to get towed twice in the same week for the same problem. I then explained to the gentle man that i was not told that that i was given premission to have my car towed. It was not my fault that the person called in sick and was not able to get the information from my account.

I was given permission and they still deny giving me the money for the tow. Nor would they let me talk to anyone else said that it was taken to the board the board said no and that i was not allowed to get my money and there is no one i can talk to not even a person on the board. This is not good buisness and i do hope that someone will read this and not get their warranty.
