Kichael johnson tood 249.00 dollars for a internet business and i didnt get anything in return

I bought a internet business from this company and was suppose to get 2 web pages to have a web mall set up but i didnt get anything but the run around for 2 wks and they kept saying i had a web page i just had to advertise and wanted me to pay them to advertise but i could not find the web site they said was mine
