USAPhone - 1702-586-0249 During the exhibition, the company displays energy Drink, and as a producer of MC2 Energy Drink which we were interested in, our contactpersons there were Ron Serota the President and Morton Colby. We made series of payments to them for the production of MC2Energy Drink with the hope to becoming the sole distributor in Nigeria. We paid 100,000 USD for the franchise. The sums of $20,600, $75,000 and $60,000 respectively weretransferred and receipt of the same was confirmed by mail by the above namedcompany for the production and shipment of the finished goods. We were promised that the finished productswould reach us here in Nigeria latest by middle of year 2009 which never cameto pass.
