I was commissioned to collect from a company who owed my client (Groen Enterprises Inc.) a delinquent account, and when i went to collect, the company that owed the debt (Choptank Transport) referanced that they had paid a collection agency known as "Baxter and Bailey" who after careful research turned out to be nothing but baby-molesting crooks who have allegedly done time in maximum security prisons, also participating in homosexual acts with other inmates. When I approched Mr. "j. Reesor" (If that's even his real name) about remitting to my client, he smugly told me that I was a "hillbilly cracker who didn't diserve the air I breathe." I took offence to that, so that's why I'm here today. At any rate, to this day, Baxter Bailey and Associates has yet to remit to my client, and the ammount collected was only $425.00 usd, and the debt was $875.00 usd, so in addition to Baxter and Bailey never remitting to their clients, they also settle their accounts for rediculus percentages, and then they kick puppies all the way to the bank. Don't use baxter bailey and associates, they are crooks!
