Miss Bailey, 800-394-7590 ext. 6909, called my parents and my sister/brother-in-law in an obvious attempt to harass me. This action was NOT necessary since Miss Bailey/UCB already had my pertinent information.
In addition to this action being excessive, I also consider it to be oppressive since Miss Bailey has threatened to keep calling my parents until the debt is paid. The insolent tone of Miss Bailey and her manager, Miss Buckworth, and their unwillingness to listen to my legitimate argument regarding this unwarranted action further exacerbate this situation.
The misleading statements made by Miss Bailey to me and my family are also of great concern to me. She informed both my parents and my sister that she was calling in regards to a civil lawsuit? She told my folks that she could help me (with a debt)? She has implied that I need an attorney?
PS. There is no lawsuit!
