Liberty Wireless took money from my bank account and I've never had service with the company before and they won't repay me. This a copy of my complaint and request to them:
I have not heard from you or anyone with regard to the charges taken from the above mention account. I have faxed you all on three occasions with this being the fourth attempt. I have included all of my contact number, and have gotten no response.
What is the problem? Is this customer service as your company knows it. I do not have an account with you all, nor have I ever had one. I will now proceed with legal matters and will also notify the chamber of commerce here in my city in hopes that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
I have given you ample time to address this issue. I have included the bank statement outlining the charges both your debit and attempts that caused overdraft fees. I hope this is not your company's M.O. For handling issues of this kind.
I have faxed your company on 3 prior occasions with no response to either. The sum total that your company owes me is $249.00. I will also file a civil lawsuit if I need to.
I will continue to make an attempt to contact the owner of you company with this issue.
