Mike: all star van line nj do not use this company total rip off

These people are TERRIBLE!

Mike will call you everyday to make sure that you are ready for the movers to get there and after that, good luck getting him. If you do get him he will tell you that
he needs to talk to his boss about 50 times and call you RIGHT back. That NEVER
Happens! If you do get to speak with the owner, an egotistical narcissist, ANDY, he
will OVER QUOTE you on everything. He stated that MIKE does not have the authority to provide discounts and that the price at pick up will be $500 higher.

Not only is there customer service terrible once they have your belongings, there
delivery time was RIDICULOUS. I asked MIKE thousands of times if the delivery was
scheduled for the correct date and he said yes every time. Especially when they asked me to sign a paper stating that i am OK with belongings to be held for up to 21 days. When i saw this i immediately called MIKE again and asked him about it.
