Returned item, and never received exchange item. Contacted this BAD BUSINESS in all ways possible numerous of times and never received any response, exchange item, or refund. Bluestar-Online should be shut down by the NEW YORK Attorney Generals office and the fraudulent owners should get fined and thrown in jail for a very long time!
