They need a good managers, so the store would be ran correctly

I am carrying out a college task on Walmart; my task would be to come up with their organizational culture. I selected Walmart (in the place of others) since I understood they'd a plan. And so I have now been studying a little, discovered many people like Walmart. Then I came across this website... My goodness. I'll express in my own task the only cause I'd work-there will be a supervisor, therefore atleast the shop that I'm going to be operating at-will be ran properly.
