This is one big rotten scam of a company and it needs to be stopped.
The company contacts anyone that owns a timeshare and says they can sell it for a fee. They charge as much as $2500 or as little as $400. The fee is not to sell anything it is supposedly to market and advertise your timeshare, until it sells.
If they were honest and told clients or would be clients the success ratio that their marketing and advertising program has not one person would fall prey to thier fast talking thieves/telemarketers.
If you take the time to really look into the company you will wonder how they are perpetrating the degree of fraud they are perpetrating. It is all smoke and mirrors. First of all they have not been in business in the Ft. Lauderdale area for almost 4 years. They have been in business in Ft. Lauderdale for less than 2 years. The don't even have a telemarketing license to operate out of Ft. Lauderdale. I was valid out of Port Orange Florida as of March.
They claim to have only eleven complaints with over 10,000 clients. Why don't they count the complaints that C&C Global Enterprises LLC had before they started doing business in Ft. Lauderdale 2 years ago. The BBB is allowing them to claim only 11 complaints in the last 36 months. That is what they have had since being open in Ft. Lauderdale.
If you look into the company you will see that they operate out of a little warehouse type office across the street from the old Florida Stockade/jail on powerline rd.
The events that they are involved with to market peoples timeshares are business networking events and have no relevance to marketing timeshare to qualified buyers. That is because they are almost all with the South East Florida Chamber and the Broward County Chamber. Those are the same chambers that they give as referals to trick people that own timeshare into trusting them and paying ridiculous fees to advertise at those events!
Why don't they have a list of peoples properties that were rented or sold through their marketing. They don't, because there are none. Ask them for a list of people that have sold or rented their property through their marketing efforts. They know better then to push the envelope because that is something that can be legally proven or disproven. There is no way they want to be exposed.
Martin P. Is their advertising executive and says that when someone signs up for a free timeshare drawing that they are a buyer inquirie! Thats right at the events they hold they have a raffle for a free cruise or a free timeshare. If a person signs up for the raffle they count that as a verifiable buyer inquirie!
Look at the fact that they have only been accredited by the bbb since 2009 in South Florida and the carribean. If they were really in business since august why did they wait until 2009 to finally get accredited. Why are all of the positive reviews in the last year and a half as well.
