On 6/12/10, I order a pair of shoes from Pussycat Shoe. As of today, July 4, I've yet to receive the shoes.in addition, I ordered one (1) pair of shoes, however, they sent me confirmation of a purchase for the same shoes twice - so confirmations that they charged for two (2) pair of the same shoes. I've emailed them and also called them numerous times with no response. No one ever answers the phone and they also do not have an answering machine. I have been buying from the internet for over ten (10) years and have never had this type of transaction before. Apparently, I am not the only one who is having this experience with this company as they also, although not a BBB member, have a very bad record with the BBB due to no response to servicing and billing issues. This should teach me to check before dealing with new companies where I have no prior business dealings. Hopefully, this will prevent other others from experiencing the same disappointment. I will just have to deny the charges with my credit card company and move on with no recourse due to their lack of availability to resolve these issues.
