Bad response for customer support

I'm a handicapped senior that has been having difficulty with absent stations in the converter box. I've been calling for over per month, placed on store for nearly an hour or so oneday, after which disconnected when it was unearthed that I was calling from the mobile phone which wasnot about the agreement.

I'd troubles getting out of bed and down how they needed me to for that on line electronic help-line, so when my boy arrived around and assisted me to consider the container in to the COX WIRE support office in Oceanside after another ineffective telephone endeavor, I had been informed they could not substitute the container till I experienced the on line waiting, ect. Again and received an okay from customer support. I have quit actually attempting anymore with one of these individuals.

I'd believe that there could be more aid for those who have specialneeds.
