Requested a "17" transportation seat (metal) it's the top one which i've had, however the tires

Aren't the low-mar wheels that i required.

The tires are black and when they come into connection with any humidity, it leaves bad marks on my rug. I recently moved into a fresh place and that i am willing to call a business to shampoo. It quit chaos in the prior place. I have e mailed the organization many times, i just require 4 new tires which are non-mar, i believe the gray types are neoprene. The seat price $189.00
