TOA, LLC, Brandon Butler, Sheika Hartley, Timeshare resale scam, guaranteed results, bankruptcy, unreachable

Consumer Advocate website indicated guaranteed cancellation of timeshare contract. Partial payment up front, second payment when papers were filed. They did contact the timeshare people. Good initial help preparing complaint, etc. No contact after second payment. Cannot locate them. BBB says they filed bankruptcy.
