Patricia Regnier sold me two dogs for show, the first one I was told had a perfect bite the day before she arrived, when she arrived she had an overbite! Which I was told, don't worry it will come back I promise, then the second purchased right after, she refused to refund the deposit when there was no available shipping, and she told me I had to " suck it up! And fly my husband half way across canada to pick the dog up", which stupidly I did, when he picked her up she had a huge umbilical hernia! I called her right away, as well as her vet who I really don't think ever even saw the dog, he said he did not notice. Patricia ripped me off $4906.00 on these dogs! And refused now to give me registration on the second dog, as well refused to re-emburse me. I contacted the chihuahua Club of america, the attorney general, the AKC, her local sheriffs dept. And NONE of them would do anything! Congratulations guys! Keeping one more bad breeder in the game. Patricia even had the audacity to steal my pictures and quote off of my website and put it on hers! (from when I first received the first dog) making it look like I was happy with Pat. As well as write me an e-mail that states " Gee Beth, I did not register the litter" " Guess you'll never get her papers now"
