I returned 2 jeans and 1 body shaper the day after i received them upsnext day air it was received by joshua at 9:28 am 11/09 i have the ups tracking to prove it, i spent 7-1/2 total hours on hold at the phone number your e-mail response to me had given and not a sigle person with a blood line answered the phone i let it ring till it disconnected me 4 times! And had been cut off 5 times total. I would like the status of my refund to my credit card and i better see the right amount$ i wish i had known the bad reputation you have i would have never bought items from a company that is so disconnected from there customers.
