I wished i hadn't ordered these slacks not jeans! I put them on, sat on the bed and the tops rolled down to my hips! They were flimsy. The body shaper did notheing. I returned all items ups next day air. The day after i received the box. I have tried for 7-1/2 hours on hold just today 11/17/09 and 3 hours yesterday not a sigle person with a blood line! After being on hold 7-1/2 hours cut off 5 times to havew to start all over again really pissed me off! I even tried e-mails and the response was to call customer service which never answers the phone! So next stop bbc, and then to dispute the credit card charges. Unless maybe someone close to the ceo may read this and accually do something avout it! Order#317254286
