David l. Ulbrich, president unprofessional, failure to fulfil obligation & not communicate or return phone calls

Having used Mr. Ulbrich in the past for filing my federal & sate taxes I never thought there would be a problem, when my mother passed away in oct of 08 & I contacted him about doing her taxes, he agreed, I sent him the information in nov, when I never heard back from him & finally got a hold of him, he said not to worry he filed an extension, the extension I found out later was only good for 6 months, he never informed me of this & whenever I would call & ask what was going on he said not to worry, never ever informing me the extension was expired & he had no intention of filing her taxes that would of been fine if he would have informed me I could have gone elsewhere & avoid all the issues we are having now, working in an organization that has cpas, enrolled agents & former IRS employees nobody can believe the unprofessional way this was handled, I would tell anyone thinking of retaining his service for tax or accounting work think twice, because the problem he caused is ongoing & far exceeds any work he has ever done
