David Rubino is very disrespectful, accusatory, loud, and schizo. He wants you to use your own work van and He doesn't want to pay you on the books. Then he refuses not to pay you for the work you have preformed for him. He makes up stupid excuses and tries to play you.
A friend of mine worked numberous hours and then Dave tried to pay him a fraction of what he owed him. He worked there two weeks and then the guy went psycho on him for no reason at all, calling him a liar and accusing him of doing things wrong, which was not the case at all. Almost like he wanted to start a fight with him. I think this guy has some serious issues. They also rip off their customers.
Taking you to small claims david rubino, you cannot get away with ripping people off.
Do not use ace climate control as an employer or their services.
