They lure you in with a "Free' records check. Then they offer you several different options for 'inexpensive' membership, with sale prices, promising you unlimited access to their databases. They add on automatically a couple of different options that if you don't notice they are included on your bill. Then, when you begin your searches they provide the barest of information - information that you can obtain publicly for free. Not enough information to confirm that you have located the right person - address, phone number, and information about their homes-mortgage info, value, etc. Then they tempt you with 'more details' for a limited time for an additional fee! Don't get sucked into this - they will nickle and dime you to death and tempt you with what they don't provide. I never would have joined had I known about these deceptive practices. If a company can't be completely upfront with me before I pay, then they don't deserve my money. I've requested a refund - have to wait 48 business hours before they respond - at least 4 days from now.
