Company Uses Deceptive Business Tactics: Company promises access to public record and proprietary databases. What they actually do provide is links to other websites free content and other websites paid content. They describe their service as if they have some sort of proprietary database with all kinds of information. They are just listing websites that have free access to their information or they will list a company that you need to pay additional money to to access the data. Here is an excerpt from their site:

Most if not all users signing up take this to mean they will be able to access this information directly from courtsonline.org. This is not the case. They have a list of states and when you click all you get is a list of links that take you to sites that have other links.

Much of the data that you want to access actually cost more because they list a bunch of private investigator sites. Most of them just do not give out information for free.

If they said upfront what you are actually getting, I would have no problem with it. They are not describing their product correctly and they know it
