Ahhhhhhhhh! What criminals. I ordered online and paid an extra $40 rush on my already extremely expensive dress. It arrived 4 weeks after the date they told me to expect it. My cousin got hers just one day later and she didn't pay for rush. They would not re-fund me. When I finally got my "rush" order my alterateration lady told me that my "size 10" was a size 6 in the waist, a size 14 in the hips and a size 12 in the bust. And of course they left NO room to alter it.
What was actually the most terrible thing was their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, and they told me I couldn't speak to the manager and only email her. I did so and never got any email back. Turn them in to the BBB! What a way to ruin the "happiest day of your life"! Horrible company, the meanest employees I've ever come across. Thanks to them I have to tell the bride to be that I cannot be in her wedding. House of Brides is a living nightmare!
