I found a couch on sale at Ritz, purchased & had delivered. Upon arrival the intense smell of cigarettes was very evident... Smelling up my non-smoking house. (Even the delivery guys acknowledged it, so I noted it on the delivery confirmation sheet.) I went back to the furniture store to tell them, expecting them to rectify the situation for their customer. To make a long story short, they spent the next 2 weeks trying to get out of taking care of the problem - including a lying salesperson. The Ritz motto must be "Ritz - where the customer is always wrong."
