The Shipping store and More Not Mail Boxes Etc.." Has refused to handle or negotiate damages caused to my antique sculpture he was paid to ship and package since he advertises shipping and antique specialist. I paid for insurance and signature required through Fed-Ex Jeff Collard (owner) agent. I was told when item arrived I had no claim since it was only a Lamp imagine that he declared value at $3,000.00! Why would he take my money for such a value if he did not intend to defraud me. I have made many attempts to resolve with C-R Corporation, Jeff collard or The shipping store and more all same corp. I was told to get estimate I did and then told to take pics I did when he received he then asked for more pics and then more estimates. Needless to say time allotted for claim has come and gone thanks to his malicious actions. I was also locked out of my 1 year pre paid mailbox which I had from his store prior to incident. He refuses to refund my money or transfer to other store. He also has on his website he is associated with mail boxes etc. Mbe.com which he is not (Fraud) I only ask and pray for a resolution ASAP! People beware of this store and mostly this thief Jeff Collard!
