We received a phone solicitation from Exact Image Ink to place advertising for our seasonal business on the back of a very popular local restaurant. We agreed to this advertising and provided our VISA for processing in October. Two months later Exact Image Ink called back and upsold us for adding color to the advertisement. We again allowed for a VISA charge.
In May we went to the restaurant to view the menu and the advertising. That is when we found out that this menu was never produced.
We spoke to the restaurant, and they confirmed that several other local businesses have notified the restaurant that they too were sold advertising for a menu that does not exist.
Exact Image Ink collected funds but never produced the advertising.By the time you realize the advertising has not happened, too much time has passed to have the VISA company reverse the charges.
