ABC Distributing has no way of contacting them. I have run into several problems with this company from orders never being received, although I was billed for them, to being unable to change my mailing address with this company. A live person never answers the phone at their customer service. Either there is a continuous busy signal or you are put on hold or hung up on, which I might add is a deliberate act as I could hear people talking in the background as the phone was disconnected.
It is almost impossible to resolve a problem with an order, no matter what the problem is. I have had broken items that I attempted to return, however they do not stop billing me. I have items that never arrived, however they do not stop billing me, nor do they show me proof that I ever received the items.
They also send each item, no matter the size, in a seperate box and bill shipping and handling that is way over the price that should be billed by sending the item Parcel Post throug the US Mail. I have contacted the post office and requested prices for the actual shipment in regards to weight and insurance and the price reflected on my bill from ABC was well over that quoted to me by the post office.
I dont suggest ordering from this company. They are unreliable and although they may have some nice items, the problems far outweigh the merchandise.
