WE bought a childs tee-shirt at pirana Joes shop due to the promise guaranteed from the cruiseship. Before we disembarked we cleaned the top and it shrank so much our 9-year old couldn't put it on. We got the top to Rudy, the up to speed buying expert and he decided that it definately shrank. We completed the PPI insurance type and we've experienced contact numerous occasions looking to get our tee-shirt changed without any fulfillment. It was in the sail throughout the next week of Feb. I understand that Circus gets a $kick-back from all the shops that it recoments towards the consumers but Circus doesn't follow through using its guarantee to ensure anything for thirty days of purchase. The Interface Buying Customers Promise is just a SCAM.
