Our aged dad who talks minimal Language went there to correct the muffler on his vehicle. The muffler had a lifetime guarantee the store declined to recognition. The dog owner informed him the vehicle have been within an incident (not the case) and he couldn't recognize the guarantee. Then he transformed the tale and stated the vehicle required a complete tune up which is what triggered the muffler to obtain broken. Main point here, he attempted to tear of my dad. I've submitted a with Meineke Corp Workplace, Better Business Business, and FL Department of Farming and Consumer Affairs. My dad got the vehicle to Midas who fixed it, and informed him the vehicle DIDN'T require a tune-up or additional fix. Midas in Clearwater FL is DISHONEST. The dog owner is extremely rude and disrespectful in responding for the criticism. I'd NOT visit this Meineke... Never had a poor encounter having a Meineke Shop so far. Obviously it's this STORE not the business itself. Have no idea how he's still running a business!
